With 60 homes sold in the Kern County market over the last 30 days, we see no change from last week's numbers. However, fewer sellers came into the market in the same time frame, with 122 new listings for buyers to choose from. Pricing in Kern County remains consistent from last week to this week, with the median sales price at $193,750 again. Kern County is a definite buyer's market, thanks to a big eight months of inventory to choose from and the flat sales.
